Wobbles Rock Star Pets Against Abuse Campaign

Thank you for visiting my Team ASPCA fundraising page! My human created this page to celebrate the rock star pet in her life, ME! But not all animals are as fortunate to have a loving home. Now I'd like to tell you a little about myself and how I was lucky the humans found me.

It was Memorial Day weekend in 2014 and the humans were driving home from the movies when they came through the exit road and saw me under the street lamp, in the road. They stopped and the human girl realized I was in big trouble when she tried to touch me and I fell over and couldn't get back up. She put me in her car and took me straight to the Jersey Shore Veterinary Emergency Services in Lakewood, NJ.
There wasn't much hope given to my survival. I had some kind of neurological issues (suspected poisoning) and I was skin and bones. But I pulled through with the excellent care from everyone. I got to stay for a whole weekend and they told the human girl that there wasn't much hope of me gaining my balance and I'd fall down a lot. To their surprise I am doing pretty darn good! I don't fall down so much anymore and I can do all the things every other cat can do. I even do tricks!
It turns out that all the animals who have lived with my humans were all rescues or have been unexpectedly dumped on them without asking. Right now I live with 3 other cats and there have been a long line of dogs, horses, cats and even hamsters who have been fortunate enough to live with these kind humans.
