I am doing this to raise the awareness and the much needed funding to support the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals)'s programs. Your donation will help the ASPCA provide life-saving programs and services to millions of animals nationwide.
My race campain holds the names of the rescued dogs I grew up with, the dogs my husband and I rescued, my neice/nephew dogs that my sister rescued, and my pups-in-law that my inlaws rescued. However, cruelty to animals is not limited to dogs. It is just in honor of these pups that I am doing this.
