Running for Ralphie
Hello friends and family! 30 days ago I started a weight training/running program to prepare me for a 5K, which I haven't completed since my early 20's! I will soon be participating in the 2020 ASPCA Virtual 5K in honor of our beloved dog, Ralphie. We adopted him from a friend 12 yrs ago and he passed away this April from aggressive stomach cancer. I am excited to be participating and honored to be raising awareness and critical funding to support the ASPCA and our nation’s vulnerable animals.
