Rosie Memorial Campaign

      Thank you for visiting my memorial page. I have dedicated this page to Rosaline (Rosie). When I first got Rosie, I was told she was eight weeks old, eating solid kibble, and had her first set of shots. After three days with the sweetest puppy, I noticed something was wrong. Rosie woke me up at around 5am crying. I tried to get her to eat and she wouldn't. I tried syringe feeding her with wet food and water. She would not eat anything. Eventually, we ended up at the animal hospital. Thinking the vet would just give Rosie puppy formula, I was concerned, but not too worried. After a half hour of trying to run tests, the vet was not able to determine anything because little Rosie did not have enough blood to draw. By this point, she was falling on her face while trying to walk and would not stop whimpering and crying. The vet suggested putting her down because she would not ever be able to thrive. They thought she was actually six weeks and had been mistreated from birth. There was nothing we could do. Rosie had lived only six weeks, with only three days of actually being loved and cared for.
