Rebecca's Run for the ASPCA

Hello, everyone! I am working my newest workout program, and the whole point of it is to make me a better runner. It lasts for 30 days & then I’ll complete the best 5k that I can!

Since I was going to do all of this running and everything, I figured I might as well do it for a good cause. So, I signed up for the ASPCA Virtual 5k.
