Miles For Mutts
Friends, family and all animal lovers, On November 5-6, 2016, I will be participating in the 2016 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend as a member of Team ASPCA, a national fundraising and endurance training program. I chose this organization because of my love for not only my furry friends, but for all those who don't have a voice. Since I was a little girl, I've rescued and brought home all sorts of dogs that needed a home. I was blessed with parents who had the same love and affection for animals...we could have a housefull. When my oldest son was around 12, he brought home a kitten that he had rescued. We couldn't have that kitten in the house due to allergies, so he made it a home and stayed with it outside until his teacher came to it's rescue. That kitten needed a voice. The pictures you see are those of two of my loves that were rescued....there were many before and there will be more to come. I realize that we all can make choices in where we donate our money and there are many special causes that directly affect us all. I am excited to be participating as a member of Team ASPCA and honored to be raising the awareness and the much needed funding to support the ASPCA's programs. Your donation will help the ASPCA provide life-saving programs and services to millions of animals nationwide. The ASPCA is very important to me and I appreciate your help as we fight to give abused and homeless animals a second chance at life. Please support me by making a donation and help me make a positive impact in the lives of animals! Thank you! Robin
About the ASPCA: Fighting for animals is a 24/7 job, but your commitment makes it possible for our life-saving programs to create happy endings for those innocent lives touched by cruelty. Every single day of the year, we are rescuing animals from neglect and suffering. With your support, we are able to rescue animals from dog fighting, cockfighting, and puppy mills, work to end animal homelessness and farm animal cruelty, and provide medical care for countless pets in need. Please help us save even more animals and donate to this Team ASPCA campaign today.
