My first dog was named Lola. Lola was rescued by the ASPCA and my mom adopted her. I didn’t quite understand what the organization did at the time, being I was only a few years old. Lola sadly passed away when I was four. When I was seven, I started to learn what the ASPCA did. I really wanted to help, so I planned a lemonade stand. I raised $80 and donated it to the ASPCA.
I am turning thirteen in November and am becoming a Bat Mitzvah. To become a Bat Mitzvah, you need to plan and complete a Mitzvah Project. Besides animals, my other passion is baking. I thought, why not put them together? On this site I will asking for donations made directly to the ASPCA, while in my hometown I will bake sweets, set-up a number of bake sales, and contribute my earnings as additional donations to the ASPCA.
Your donation via this website will help the ASPCA provide life-saving programs and services to millions of animals nationwide. The ASPCA is very important to me and I appreciate your help as we fight to give abused and homeless animals a second chance at life. Please celebrate my special day by making a donation and help me make a positive impact in the lives of animals! Thank you!
About the ASPCA: Fighting for animals is a 24/7 job, but your commitment makes it possible for our life-saving programs to create happy endings for those innocent lives touched by cruelty. Every single day of the year, we are rescuing animals from neglect and suffering. With your support, we are able to rescue animals from dog fighting, cockfighting, and puppy mills, work to end animal homelessness and farm animal cruelty, and provide medical care for countless pets in need. Please help us save even more animals and donate to this Team ASPCA campaign today.
