Honoring Anne
As some may know, my grandmother, Anne Horgan Yeend, passed away this month. During her time here on earth, she was an incredible advocate for animal rights , with love for all animals. I think that it is no coincidence that she passed away during National Dog Fighting Awareness Month (NDFAM). She spent years working at the mobile ASPCA, loving every minute of her kind service to the ones who leave pawprints on our hearts. That is why I want to commemorate my grandmother by raising money for the prevention of cruelty of animals, with a focus on raising awareness on the disgusting "sport" of dog fighting. My goal is to raise $500 for this campaign, as well as raising awareness. Awareness that dog fighting IS still out there. Even if you can only throw in $10, every bit is appreciated! And if you cannot donate monetarily, then I ask that you shine a light on the matter by using the hashtag #GetTough. Also, check out www.aspca.org/gettough to find out more on how you can help end dog fighting, for good!
Thank you for your time!

About the ASPCA: Fighting for animals is a 24/7 job, but your commitment makes it possible for our life-saving programs to create happy endings for those innocent lives touched by cruelty. Every single day of the year, we are rescuing animals from neglect and suffering. With your support, we are able to rescue animals from dog fighting, cockfighting, and puppy mills, work to end animal homelessness and farm animal cruelty, and provide medical care for countless pets in need. Please help us save even more animals and donate to this Team ASPCA campaign today.
