Hi family and friends! In ONE WEEK, on Sunday, October 25, I will be running in the 2015 Rock ’n’ Roll Los Angeles Half Marathon as a member of Team ASPCA. This is my first half marathon, and I was motivated by the ability to benefit the ASPCA and help raise money for its programs. You all know I love animals, and love to rescue as many as I can or find them good homes. I know you want to help animals and the ASPCA too - just think of how you feel watching that Sarah McLachlan commercial! 

I would greatly appreciate ANY donation you can make toward my campaign. $10, $20, more, or less - every little bit helps. If I can get just 50 people to donate $10, I will reach my goal! And it might even make me run faster!
