Emily McLaughlin's Memorial Campaign

22 Year old Emily McLaughlin was tragically taken from us by a drunk driver.  Emily’s care and compassion for animals was evident as a young child and grew exponentially into adulthood.  She had one mission in life and that was to help as many animals as she could.  She dedicated her life to helping animals and was on a path to provide that love and care as a career. Please help honor her by donating in her name and continue her life’s passion of caring for all the animals that need help.

Nothing would give her a bigger smile than knowing her animal friends are being thought of.

About the ASPCA: Fighting for animals is a 24/7 job, but your commitment makes it possible for our life-saving programs to create happy endings for those innocent lives touched by cruelty. Every single day of the year, we are rescuing animals from neglect and suffering. With your support, we are able to rescue animals from dog fighting, cockfighting, and puppy mills, work to end animal homelessness and farm animal cruelty, and provide medical care for countless pets in need. Please help us save even more animals and donate to this Team ASPCA campaign today.

I'm fighting back the tears as I choke up every time we check this site and see how it's grown. Emily would be so very proud of each and every one of you. Thank you so much. She didn't think enough people cared about all the innocent animals in the world. And it worry worried her constantly. She felt that time was running out for many. This really helps us come to grips with her loss, knowing there are so many caring people still out there in the world. We are SO PROUD and we LOVE YOU SO MUCH EMILY!

We have no words to express our sorrow at losing our Rusty's friend (ours too) and baby sitter. We know she is with us in spirit and will always remember her beautiful life. She lived a life of purpose and that is the highest achievement any of us can hope for. We are grateful to have had the chance to know her.

I just wanted to thank you Emily for making an impact on our family. James loved you very much, and you may not have known, but you made a HUGE impact on Jazmine. She has said on many occasions how much she wanted to do what you do with animals and said when she gets older she wants to follow in your footsteps. She loved how much you cared for animals and how much you were around then. She said that when she grows up she wants to be a Vet so she can help animals just like you. So I want to thank you for that positive role you played in our young daughters life and we are ALL truly blessed to have known you. Thank You, Joseph, Andrea, Jazmine, Mykayla, and pups Grunts and Stryker

Our beautiful daughter Emily was sooo in love with animals and their care and protection. It was her life-long goal to do everything she could for them all. Emily had worked very very hard over the last few years, juggling work, school, homework, friends and family, and was still always cleaning her cages and fish tanks and playing with her animals! Such a Wonderful, Giving person. This donation is from Emily's mom and dad. We will donate again with Emily's birthday money, etc. I know she would want us to do that.
