Clarinet Christmas Carols

Hi! My name is Megan Erskine, and I'm an eighth grader at Kinard Core Knowledge Middle School in Fort Collins, CO. A small group of us from Kinard's symphonic band want to do something merry this holiday season. So we decided what merrier than Christmas carolling! We will be going door to door in neighborhoods around our school playing the BEST Christmas songs, to raise money for the ASPCA! You can also support us by making an online donation today. Your donation will help the ASPCA provide life-saving programs and services to millions of animals nationwide. The ASPCA is very important to me and I appreciate your help as we fight to give abused and homeless animals a second chance at life. My past dog, Poppy (second image), we rescued. She was kept in a cage all her life, abused and neglected. She was a Manchester Terrier, which average height is 15-16 inches tall, but she was 6 inches shorter, her cage never growing with her, physically stopping her from growing as a puppy. We rescued her when she was 9 years old, and at that time my father left, and my whole family was in a dark place. We like to say she rescued us, even though humans always hurt her, she still knew what love was, she gave us her trust, even though for 9 years she couldn't trust anyone. She had serious arthritis and many spinal problems, and even what they thought was DM, or Degenerative Myelopathy, the dog's equivilent to ALS, all from serious abuse and neglection. But she tried her best to hide her pain, her hurt, her suffering. We knew it was time when she couldn't even wag her tail anymore. We had to put her down on December 30th, 2016. Please support my fundraiser event by making a donation and help me make a positive impact in the lives of animals! Thank you!

About the ASPCA: Fighting for animals is a 24/7 job, but your commitment makes it possible for our life-saving programs to create happy endings for those innocent lives touched by cruelty. Every single day of the year, we are rescuing animals from neglect and suffering. With your support, we are able to rescue animals from dog fighting, cockfighting, and puppy mills, work to end animal homelessness and farm animal cruelty, and provide medical care for countless pets in need. Please help us save even more animals and donate to this Team ASPCA campaign today.
