I’m fundraising in support of the ASPCA’s 150th Anniversary! April 10th marks 150 years of the ASPCA’s fight to end animal cruelty, but the job isn’t done yet. Join me in raising funds to ensure another 150 years (and beyond!) of making a difference for animals in need. Your donation will help support the ASPCA’s life-saving programs and services for millions of animals nationwide.

The ASPCA is very important to me and I appreciate your help as we fight to give abused and homeless animals a second chance at life. Please support my fundraiser by making a donation.   Any amout is welcome, whatever you can spare $1 or $1,000,000.

Over the years I have owned many cats, all but my first were adopted.

I cannot count the zillions of hours of pleasure I have derived from having cats in my life. Photos of many of many cats are posted on this site.   They range from Lucky P, who had six previous owners before me and was abandoned,  to Perkins who was thrown out of a moving car in Warwick, NY.  He was in the worst possible shape and I was having my a/c checked at the auto place and someone there had taken him in.

I love all animals, but cats have a special place in my heart. Please note that when you make a donation it will be processed directly by the ASAPCA using their secured web site, so I will never see any of your personal credit card info.  If you would allow yout name to be published as a donor that would be great, but anonymous works for me too. I have chosen $500 as my goal, but I would love to raise more and with the help of all my friends I know I can. Thanks so much for reading and considering this.  I know times are tight, but even the smallest donation will help the ASPCA in its wonderful work.

 Thank you!

About the ASPCA: Fighting for animals is a 24/7 job, but your commitment makes it possible for our life-saving programs to create happy endings for those innocent lives touched by cruelty. Every single day of the year, we are rescuing animals from neglect and suffering. With your support, we are able to rescue animals from dog fighting, cockfighting, and puppy mills, work to end animal homelessness and farm animal cruelty, and provide medical care for countless pets in need. Please help us save even more animals and donate to this Team ASPCA campaign today.
