like many animals in your neighborhood tonight, i was once homeless myself,and envisioned helping animals thru a facebook page!Rabies became a big concern for mysef and our small group of volunteers,especiaall;y for a small ferral cat community located right next to a bat flight area in Austin, wich bosts viewing of a million freetail bats at dusk each evening! Many thought nothing of watching a ferral kitten paw at a bat crashed on the trails of the Batpark! We felt human decency called for removing the cats long enough to get them rabies shots and this we did starting in 2010!With a new partner lined up we will be able to expand help to all animals.We are now asking you to directly donate to aspca instead of Austinbatpark fundraiser,If you sign up with an on going gift you will be shiped an Animal Champion T shirt!
