Lucys Love Memorial Campaign

In 2007 I was gifted an adorable 1 year old pup named Lucy. She was a sweet, timid, and smart little girl. I learned very quickly that she was also loving and supportive.

Over time, she became more curious and outgoing. She walked with a joyous confidence. Her bark was rare and only used if she believed it was necessary. And she was there for me through all of life’s ups and downs.

Lucy was a precious, quiet, couch cuddling, outfit wearing, ready to travel, loving companion, and member of my family. She’d jump in her carry bag as soon as I put it on the floor because wherever I went, she wanted to be!

However, she passed away in 2020 at 14 ½ years old and I was devastated. She was a major part of my life but more importantly, she was a little ball of pure love and trust. I truly miss her every day and my heart will always carry her memory.

In honor of her unconditional love, I have created this memorial campaign to help animals in need. They are searching for your love and kindness to help them heal, gain trust, and provide their own unconditional love that only they know how to do.

How blessed are we to have animals in our lives to give us this limitless gift of love and joy! Please join me in celebrating Lucy's life by making a donation to give abused and homeless animals a second chance at life.
