Help GMS Girl Scouts Rescue Hurricane Pets
Grace McWayne Daisies, Brownies and Girl Scouts are partnering with the ASPCA to help save the animals impacted by Hurricane Irma. We are holding fundraisers around town through the holidays and asking everyone to please help in any way you can. Every little bit helps and is genuinely so appreciated.
The ASPCA remains on the ground, assisting in recovery efforts for the animals impacted by Hurricane Irma. They have an ASPCA mega emergency shelter in South Carolina where more than 600 shelter animals can be transported, so that animal shelters in hard hit areas have the capacity to accept the displaced pets coming in after the storms. They are also working on distributing much needed supplies to emergency shelters and local animal shelters all across Florida.
100% of your donation will go to the ASPCA’s Field Investigation and Response Fund to support all of the ASPCA’s life-saving efforts for these animals in disaster.
Please help us help the ASPCA reunite pets with families, help animals turned into shelters find homes, and help Florida’s rescues and shelters reestablish their operations. THANK YOU!!!!
About the ASPCA: Fighting for animals is a 24/7 job, but your commitment makes it possible for our life-saving programs to create happy endings for those innocent lives touched by cruelty. Every single day of the year, we are rescuing animals from neglect and suffering. With your support, we are able to rescue animals from dog fighting, cockfighting, and puppy mills, work to end animal homelessness and farm animal cruelty, and provide medical care for countless pets in need. Please help us save even more animals and donate to this Team ASPCA campaign today.
