39 for 39

Hello friends!

As many of you know, I'll be turning 39 on January 4th.  What you may not know is that I've decided to "celebrate" by participating in the Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend as a member of Team ASPCA, a national fundraising and endurance training program, on January 8-10 2016.   I will be attempting the Goofy Challenge, which includes the half Marathon on Saturday and the full Marathon on Sunday, for a total of 39.3 miles over the weekend!  (I haven't lost my mind, I swear!).

You all know that I'm an animal lover and how much my pets (and yours!) mean to me, so it's an honor to be raising awareness and much needed funding to support the ASPCA's programs while tackling such a huge personal challenge. This is something very close to my heart and I would really appreciate your help as I run to give abused and homeless animals a second chance at life.  Please consider supporting me with a donation and help me with my goal. If you want to donate in honor or rememberance of a specific animal in your life, send me a picture and I'll post it here so we can all celebrate the animals that have had an impact on us while we pay it forward.
