Join Team ASPCA for the Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend at the Walt Disney World® Resort in Orlando, FL, for the Disney Wine & Dine 10K on Saturday, November 3, 2018 or the Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon on Sunday, November 4, 2018. Take the ultimate challenge by participating in the Disney Two Course Challenge by completing both races!
Each level listed above requires a minimum 2-night hotel stay to be paid at your own expense. If you live in the Central Florida area, you will be required to stay at the hotel a minimum of 1-night at your own expense. Race registrations are not sold separately. You may extend your hotel stay subject to availability of the hotel and at your own expense.
Each level listed above requires a minimum 2-day Magic Your Way® Ticket with Park Hopper® option for each guest, to be paid at your own expense, unless you are a Disney Annual Passholder. All runners must purchase tickets unless they are an Annual Passholder. You may add additional days at your own discretion and expense.
All fundraising minimums listed above do not include the price of hotel stay or park tickets. It is your sole responsibility to book hotel and transportation for the Event with a Disney travel partner provided to you by the ASPCA.
Please Note: To be part of Team ASPCA for the 2018 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend and receive all the above benefits, each team member must commit to raise a minimum of $800 for the 10K, $1,075 for the Half Marathon or $1,575 for the Disney Two Course Challenge by October 14, 2018. Each level also requires a minimum 2-night hotel stay and a minimum 2-day Magic Your Way® Ticket with Park Hopper® Option for each guest. Once all of our slots are filled, we will not have the opportunity to acquire more.
Frequently Asked Questions
No, the 2 day ticket and 2 night hotel component is mandatory and is not included with the fundraising minimum. The only exception to hotel option is if you live in the Caentral Florida area (one night is required instead). The only exception to the ticket option is if you are an Annual Passholder. Other runners sharing the room with the Annual Passholder must purchase tickets unless they are also an Annual Passholder.
In order to guarantee your spot, a recommitment form is needed on file (this will be sent out via email after registration). If the recommitment form is not received by the deadline given to you, you will not have a confirmed spot in the Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend.
If you do not reach your fundraising minimum by the deadline, we will charge the balance as a donation to the credit card indicated on your recommitment form.
Every team member who registers and completes the recommitment form is committed to reaching their fundraising minimum by the deadline regardless of situations that may arise. These entries are crucial fundraising opportunities for the ASPCA which is why we must ask everyone to commit to their fundraising goal when we assign the race entry to their name.
You must reach 100% of your fundraising minimum by October 14, 2018.
