As your constituent and a supporter of the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), I am writing to thank you for signing the Puppy Mill Pipeline Bill (S. 1130) into law, ending the sale of dogs, cats and rabbits in New York pet shops. I appreciate you taking a stand to protect vulnerable animals.
