At just eight months old, Clarissa was surrendered to a local animal shelter for behavioral issues. Her extreme playfulness was a bit too challenging for her previous adopters, but luckily, this feisty girl found a new home with two senior cats. Now her boundless energy keeps the whole family young!
When Margot arrived at an animal shelter in Oklahoma, she was missing both of her hind feet. Her temporary fosters fell in love with the sweet dog, and she soon became a permanent member of their family. She was soon fitted for custom prosthetics, and now Margot goes for walks with ease.
Milo and Otis
When an ASPCA employee felt a yearning for the “youthful silliness” of kittens, she knew just where to look: At the ASPCA Adoption Center! Brothers Milo and Otis were adopted at the age of nine weeks, and now these playful, rowdy boys are living the good life together in their loving new home.
River was one of 300 dogs the ASPCA helped rescue from cruelty in Alabama. A team member at our adoption event decided to give her “just one snuggle,” and the rest was history. With the help of her new family, River was able to put her tragic past behind her. Now she is a healthy, happy dog.
